Axiom Lab — FICTIONAL DEMONSTRATION A client pitch for a limited pilot INPUTS Audience: a small agency reviewing a new client brief. Problem: an unclear approval owner and scattered reference material. Proposal: one shared brief containing audience, deliverables, references and the approver. Pilot: one project; review completeness and revision reasons together. Limits: no promised reduction in revisions, delivery time or cost. SUBMITTED NARRATION This is a fictional client-pitch demonstration. ClearBrief is a concept for small agencies that need a usable brief before a project begins. Picture the first meeting: the reference files are in several messages, the audience is described differently by two people, and nobody is certain who approves the final work. The proposed change is deliberately small. Put the audience, the deliverables, the source material, and the approval owner in one shared brief. The team checks the missing information before starting, and records changes when the client makes a new decision. We are not promising fewer revisions or a faster delivery. Those would need evidence. The proposal is one pilot project, with an agreed review of which fields were complete and why revisions happened. If that review helps both teams make clearer decisions, discuss the next project. For now, the request is simply to choose one brief and review it together.
