This is a fictional founder introduction created for demonstration. I am Maya, the founder in this example, and I am exploring Fieldnote for small teams that hand work from one shift to the next. My starting point is a familiar question: when a colleague leaves, can the next person see what still needs a decision? Fieldnote is a concept for recording three things together: the next owner, the open question, and the next action. Imagine a maintenance team finishing a visit. Instead of a long message with an unclear ending, the handover shows who follows up, what they need to check, and where the relevant note lives.
