The longer the film and the more formats you need, the more there is to produce.

Whether you have product pictures and documents, and whether you need on-camera delivery, music and subtitles.
Scale and terms
Batch production, team use and API integration can be agreed separately.
How payment works
Prepaid balance
Top up from your account after signing in; the balance pays for production. If online top-up is not open yet, sales will help you top up.
Start production
Complete the brief or content review for your chosen video type. Project videos and expert cards have different steps; follow the production page.
Pay per finished film
Each delivered film that passes QA is charged once; a job that fails QA or fails on our side is free and its hold is returned in full. Balance and statement are always visible in your account.

How do I start production?
Project videos proceed to production after you submit your brief. Expert cards let you review the script, appearance and voice before confirming production. Follow the steps shown for your chosen workflow.
