Founder card & executive bio video: 30–90s vertical film from photos & checkable facts

A paper card does not stay in the conversation. A founder card turns your name, one heavy fact and a few of your own photographs into a vertical film for a chat, the hour after a trade-show photo, or a partnership email. There is no interview. You hand over photos and facts, approve the script, and the film is made.

When to send it

A new chat, before you have met. In about half a minute they learn your name, the company, and the one fact worth keeping.

After a fair or a dinner. The photographs can be the ones from that day. The film lines up titles and facts in your wording, so they remember more than a vague industry.

Under the first line of a partnership email. The PDF can stay attached. The film lets a busy person finish “who you are” before they open it.

What the creation page asks for

One look

Choose one of three: ink on xuan paper, a financial grid, or a profile magazine. Ink uses a brush name and a vertical scroll. The grid uses your colour and large figures. The magazine uses full-bleed colour and a cover-like layout.

Facts that can be checked

Each fact has a year, your wording and a source. The film may give it weight. It may not change a number or add a “first” you did not write. Honors without a source stay blank.

Your photographs

Portrait, stage, event, place, product, card or logo, up to 12. Photos can be restored. The person and the contents stay as they are. Thin material uses type pages and scenes marked as illustrative. The film does not invent a stand-in of you.

A script you approve

A plan comes back first. Lines inferred from your facts are marked. Production and the charge start after you confirm.

Four parts, length set by the material

Light material is about 30–45 seconds, a standard set about 45–65, and a full set of photos and facts about 55–80, all inside 30–90 seconds. The person below is a fictional fill-in, not a customer, and there is no public film.

TimeBeatWhat to say
开场CoverThe first frame is a poster. The name sits large over your own photograph. The opening line is the heaviest fact, and it lands on the name.
中段ChaptersTwo to five chapters, depending on the material. Each has a short title, one figure or keyword from your facts, and one or two of your photos. Every sentence points back to a fact you submitted.
收束前ScrollOne vertical closing line. A motto you supplied is used as you wrote it. Otherwise the line is the narrator’s, without quotation marks and without a new slogan.
结尾CardName, titles, and contact details you agreed to show. If you gave none, none appear. The only seal is “founder card.”

This is a different film from an expert interview

The card starts from material

Photographs, a name and titles read from a card, and facts you enter one by one. There is no recorded Q&A.

The interview starts from a conversation

An AI host asks who you are, whom you help, and which experience supports that. You edit the script before production. Use the interview when one event needs to be told.

Project and product films are about work and goods

Those films are about a plan or a product. The card is about you, and about the record you allow to be checked.

A fill-in: a fictional tea-garden founder

Use the fictional name Shen Jibai, who tests soil for tea gardens. He is not a customer, and there is no public film. The cover keeps one fact and a source: founded in 2016. The source is a registration or a report you can actually produce. “300 gardens” appears only if that number is in the material you submit.

Two chapters are enough for the example. The first is the agronomy training and the founding year, with a work photo. The second is how the testing is done, with a garden or lab photo. A year visible in a photo cannot contradict the line beside it.

The closing card: name, company, one title, and a front-desk booking line. If there is no motto in your own words, that field stays empty.

What stays fixed

It does not generate a face that stands in for you, and it does not mimic your voice. The voice is a licensed documentary narration.

Targets, awards and testimonials you did not supply do not become facts. Inferred lines are marked in the script you review.

The public founder-introduction film is a fictional demo of a different flow. It is not a delivered founder card.

Questions before you start

How is this different from a digital or paper card?

Paper and digital cards leave a name and a contact. This is a 30–90 second vertical film that finishes the same person with your photos and checkable facts, so it can play inside a chat.

Can I upload only a PDF résumé?

The page wants photographs and facts entered one by one. A photo of a business card can be read for the name and titles, as a start. Each résumé line still needs a year and a source you confirm before it enters the film.

Is this the same as a landscape page carousel?

The founder card you can make now is vertical, 9:16, 30–90 seconds, built from photos, facts and one of three looks. It is not a playback of every PDF page as-is.

What if I have very little material?

You get about 30–45 seconds, with type pages and scenes marked as illustrative. Two more event or work photos are usually enough for a fuller cut.

When should I use an expert interview instead?

When one passage of work needs to be told, rather than facts you already have being arranged into chapters. The interview is a conversation, then a script. The card fits when the facts and the photos are ready.

What does it cost?

Open self-serve sign-up; script drafting and review are free. Once you approve the script, production uses prepaid HKD (from HK$20) at the limited-time HK$1/film trial price, charged only for a delivered film that passes checks.
