A client pitch for a limited pilot
A fictional project proposal that separates a testable plan from an unproven business result.

1. The input brief
- Audience: a small agency reviewing a new client brief.
- Problem: an unclear approval owner and scattered reference material.
- Proposal: one shared brief containing audience, deliverables, references and the approver.
- Pilot: one project; review completeness and revision reasons together.
- Limits: no promised reduction in revisions, delivery time or cost.
2. Submitted script and delivered transcript
This is the full delivered caption text, checked word for word against the submitted English script. The opening narration and on-screen labels disclose the demonstration.
This is a fictional client-pitch demonstration. ClearBrief is a concept for small agencies that need a usable brief before a project begins. Picture the first meeting: the reference files are in several messages, the audience is described differently by two people, and nobody is certain who approves the final work. The proposed change is deliberately small. Put the audience, the deliverables, the source material, and the approval owner in one shared brief. The team checks the missing information before starting, and records changes when the client makes a new decision. We are not promising fewer revisions or a faster delivery. Those would need evidence. The proposal is one pilot project, with an agreed review of which fields were complete and why revisions happened. If that review helps both teams make clearer decisions, discuss the next project. For now, the request is simply to choose one brief and review it together.

All three demos used the same explainer workflow, with English text, a 75-second limit and a 16:9 frame. The time shown runs from resubmission after an API compatibility fix to completed delivery. It excludes preparing the brief and the initial failed attempt, and is not a speed guarantee. The web file is resized and compressed without editorial cuts.
These examples demonstrate communication structure, not customer growth or business outcomes. The founder example is also a text-based narrated explainer, not a cloned person or an expert-interview film. Self-serve sign-up and free material analysis are open; once confirmed, production settles per delivered film from your prepaid HKD balance (limited-time trial price: HK$1/film).
